The Happy Valley Garden Club was established in 1968. It includes members from the Portland, Oregon area. It is located in the Clackamas District and is a member of the Oregon State Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc., and the National Council Inc.

Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, July through June, from 9 am – noon. Meetings take place at the Happy Valley Baptist Church on King Road, unless a field trip is planned.
