Business Cards – Template and Instructions

Need more business cards to let friends know about the Happy Valley Garden Club? You can print them yourself! If you have Microsoft Word and a color inkjet printer, it’s easy.

The template is designed to use with Avery 8471 business card stock (perforated, clean edge) or facsimile. That produces 10 business cards per sheet.

Instructions:

  1. Save the document below to your computer. Open it in Word.
  2. Load a sheet of biz card stock into your printer. Make sure it’s set to print color (if you usually only use black and white).
  3. Print a sheet. Card stock can be finicky, so it’s best to print additional pages one at a time.

Bend the perforated edges of the stock to take the edges off and break the cards apart. That’s it!

As an added benefit (to you and the club), this card stock is easy to write on. Write a note of welcome on the back, along with your name, further encouraging your friends to come and join an upcoming meeting. When you sign it, they’ll remember it came from you, something that might encourage them to share in the fun even more.

Thanks for being part of our effort to gorw and sustain our Happy Valley Garden Club!
