Hospitality Duties

  • The Hospitality Team should communicate directly with each other. If you are unable to fulfill your host duties, it is your responsibility to find a replacement and inform your team.
  • Donna Endicott will open the church at 8:30 AM, turn on the heat, and make the coffee for our club meetings. Your team is responsible for providing the morning snack. One of the hospitality team members should check in with Donna the week prior to our club meeting date to confirm the plan. Donna’s contact information is 503-761-3050 or dle503@q.com.
  • Plan for 35-40 guests, especially when we have a guest speaker or demonstration, as attendance tends to be higher.
  • Items to Bring:
  • A morning snack for the coffee/social time, ready by 9:00 AM (or planned start time for the meeting).
  • Examples: Baked goods, pastries, fruit, a protein option, yogurt.
  • Serving Supplies: Paper plates, napkins, and utensils (if needed). Please keep our conservation pledge in mind when selecting these items. 😊
  • Note: The coffee, tea, creamer and sugar will be provided by the club.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Plan to arrive at the church by 8:30 am to set up.
  • Serve refreshments during the social time or assist those that may need help.
  • Clean up the kitchen afterward.
